Data Deletion Request
M&R Edge Studios® respects your right to data deletion. If you connected your TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram account, you can request that we delete all associated data at any time.
Request Account & Data Deletion
You can request that your entire account and all associated data be permanently deleted. We offer a 30-day grace period during which you can sign back in to cancel the request.
What data we store
- Platform user ID and username
- OAuth access & refresh tokens (encrypted)
- Published post references
How to request deletion
- In-app: Go to Settings → Connected Services and disconnect the platform. All stored tokens and connection data will be removed immediately.
- Via email: Send a request to info@michelleandrichedgestudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.
- Via TikTok: Remove M&R Edge Studios from your TikTok Settings → Security → Connected Apps. This automatically triggers our data deletion process.
- Via Facebook: Remove M&R Edge Studios from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. This automatically triggers our data deletion callback.
Timeline
All stored data is deleted within 30 days of receiving your request, as outlined in our .
