Refunds
Credits are refunded automatically when a job fails for a reason outside your control. Every movement in and out of your balance is itemised in Credit History, which updates in real time.
Running out mid-project
Work in progress is never destroyed by an empty balance. The job pauses, your project stays saved, and it resumes once credits are topped up or your plan renews.
Frequently asked

Plan allowances reset each cycle. Credits bought as a pack do not expire with the cycle.
Where can I see what a job cost?
